Osprey Stratos 24 Men's Hiking Backpack

The Osprey Stratos 24 is a men's hiking daypack for carrying water, food, extra layers and trail essentials with a supportive, ventilated fit. Its 24-liter capacity suits day hikes, while the suspended mesh backpanel leaves space for air to move between the pack and your back.

Why choose the Stratos 24?

• Support for a loaded daypack: AirSpeed suspension combines a tensioned mesh backpanel with a LightWire frame. The padded hipbelt helps transfer the load off your shoulders.
• Easy access: Dual panel zippers open the main compartment, with front, top, hipbelt and stretch side pockets for organization.
• Raincover included: The cover stores in the base of the pack, ready for changing weather.
• Hydration ready: An internal sleeve, hose port and Hydraclip accommodate a reservoir. A hydration reservoir is sold separately.
• Pole storage: Stow-on-the-Go attachment gives trekking poles a place when you need your hands free.

Is this the right pack for your hike?

Choose the Stratos 24 when carrying comfort and airflow matter more than packing the smallest, lightest bag. It is intended for day hiking; overnight equipment may call for more capacity. One size still needs adjustment: check the harness and hipbelt with the pack loaded before committing to a long hike.

Is it waterproof?

The pack has a water-repellent finish and an included raincover, but it is not a waterproof dry bag. Protect electronics and other moisture-sensitive items separately.

Does it include a hydration reservoir?

No. The pack is reservoir compatible, but the reservoir is a separate purchase. Stretch side pockets also accommodate water bottles.
