Supporting the Community We Call Home

At Red Beard’s Outfitter, we believe a good adventure is even better when you have good people along for the ride.

Mobile and the surrounding Gulf Coast have supported our locally owned business for years, and we are proud to return that support whenever we can. Throughout the year, Red Beard’s Outfitter contributes to local schools, nonprofits, community organizations, outdoor programs, fundraisers, events, and other worthwhile causes.

We wish we could say yes to every request.

Unfortunately, we receive far more donation and sponsorship requests than we can possibly fulfill. To make sure every request gets a fair look, we ask that all organizations use the form below.

What We Look For

We give priority to requests that have a meaningful connection to our community and the people we serve.

We especially love opportunities involving:

• Outdoor recreation and adventure
• Conservation and protecting the places we enjoy
• Youth programs and education
• Health, fitness, and active lifestyles
• Local schools and community organizations
• Programs making a meaningful difference in Mobile and the surrounding area
• Organizations with an established connection to Red Beard’s Outfitter and our community

These aren’t hard boundaries. Sometimes a great cause doesn’t fit neatly into a category, and that’s okay.

Before You Send It Our Way

Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event or donation deadline whenever possible.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation or sponsorship. Previous support also does not guarantee future support.

Our giving budget is limited, and sometimes we have to say no to a great organization simply because we have already committed our resources elsewhere.

If we aren’t able to participate, please know that it isn’t a reflection of how deserving your organization or cause may be.

You don’t need to stop by the store, call to check on it, send a carrier pigeon, or track us down on the trail. If we’re able to help, we’ll get in touch using the information you provided.

Because of the number of requests we receive, we may not be able to personally respond to every submission.
