Trail Running 101

Benefits Of Trail Running:

  • The uneven terrain allows runners and walkers to strengthen muscles that aren’t frequently utilized
  • Serenity of the trails allows you to reconnect with nature, as opposed to the hustle and bustle of the city
  • Dirt and grass surfaces absorb more shock than concrete so they don’t put as much stress on your joints.
  • Trails slow you down naturally. The slower pace allows muscles to recover while teaching runner to adapt stride to the uneven terrain.
